HEALTHCARE: St Josephs Hospital - Surgery Expansion

This project is one of many planned upgrades to the St Joe’s medical campus. The project consisted of a 63,166 sf two-story addition to the existing hospital, for the purposes of performing various surgical procedures. With approximately 20 new operating rooms, several post and pre-op rooms, as well as additional office space, St Joes will be able to increase their capacity for quality surgical care. Along with the difficulties of a typical hospital job, the elaborate wall structure, and unique radius soffits & ceilings made this project an interesting challenge.
