Our Services

Ann Arbor Ceiling and Partition Co., LLC specializes in interior and exterior finishes in the commercial construction industry including, but not limited to, these types of projects: Health Care, Hospitality/Entertainment, Retail, Educational, Government, Business, and Church buildings, performing the following specific areas of work:

Light Gage Metal Framing, Exterior Panelization Systems, Load Bearing Panelized Systems, Gypsum Drywall, Systems, Glass Fiber Reinforced gypsum (GFRG), Exterior Insulation & Finish Systems, Cement and Veneer Plaster, Rough and Finish Carpentry, Cabinetry, Spray-on and Intumescent Fireproofing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Firestopping Systems, Acoustical Ceiling and Wall Panel Systems, Demountable Partitions, Operable Folding Partitions and Terracotta Rainscreen Systems, as well as a variety of specialized construction tasks utilizing various subcontracting resources.

Ann Arbor Ceiling and Partition Co., maintains a staff of five to seven Estimator/Project Managers and oversees a union field work force of 150 – 200 skilled trades-people. The work force consists of trades-people from the Carpenter, Tapers, Laborer, and Plasterers Unions.
